We have a school dog named Bingley.
He is a Tibetan Terrier and is non-moulting so is a good breed for children with allergies.
He is very good natured and loves the children.
Bingley is in the early stages of Therapy Dog Training.
Cherry and Berry live in the Year R classroom during the week. They have grown up at St Anthony's so are well used to being handled by children.
At St Anthony's, an important part of our curriculum is the stewardship of God's Creation. We want our children to learn about and benefit from looking after and caring for animals. Our two very friendly guinea pigs have had time to settle in at St Anthony's and we invite children to take them home for a weekend. All equipment and food is provided. If you are interested in looking after Cherry and Berry in your home for a weekend, please email the school office for the attention of Mrs Adams.
